Originally from East Asia, Yuzu combines the flavours of grapefruit, lemon and sour mandarin. Add a tangy twist to your cocktails, smoothies, lemonades or ice teas with this refreshing Monin Yuzu Puree. A great alternative to lemon or lime, this puree has a full citrus flavour with subtle floral tones which works well alongside ginger, honey and plum. With a easy pouring spout, this Yuzu puree is ideal for restaurants and bars.

Try mixing up a Yuzu Daiquiri, combine 20ml Monin Yuzu Puree, 60ml white rum, 10ml orange juice and 20ml lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
